New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $4.14 million trigger jump notes on S&P 500

San Luis Obispo, Calif., June 3 – Morgan Stanley priced $4.14 million of 0% trigger jump securities due June 3, 2021 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If index finishes above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of the gain and the upside return of 35%.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 40% and will be fully exposed to the index decline from its initial level if it falls by more than 40%.
