JPMorgan plans uncapped contingent buffered notes linked to S&P 500

Chicago, May 8 – JPMorgan Chase & Co. plans to price contingent buffered equity notes due May 29, 2020 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus any index gain.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 30% and will be fully exposed to any loses if the index falls by more than the 30% contingent buffer.
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.
The notes will price on May 26 and settle on May 29.
The Cusip number is 48125UQZ8.
