JPMorgan plans uncapped buffered return enhanced notes tied to S&P 500

San Luis Obispo, Calif., March 3 – JPMorgan Chase & Co. plans to price 0% uncapped buffered return enhanced notes due March 29, 2019 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus at least 1.025 times any gain in the index. The exact participation rate will be set at pricing.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 15% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond 15%.
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.
The notes (Cusip: 48125UGX4) will price March 26 and settle March 31.
