Madison, Wis., Dec. 31 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $1 million of 5.25% yield notes due Dec. 31, 2024 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Interest is payable annually.
The payout at maturity will be par unless the index finishes at or below its knock-in level, in which case investors will be fully exposed to any losses. The knock-in level is 55% of the initial index level.
