JPMorgan plans buffered return enhanced notes linked to S&P 500

New York, Dec. 17 – JPMorgan Chase & Co. plans to price 0% buffered return enhanced notes due Dec. 29, 2020 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to an FWP with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.13 times any gain in the index.

Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 25% and will lose 1.3333% for each 1% decline beyond 25%.

The notes (Cusip: 48127D3X4) will price on Dec. 23 and settle on Dec. 29.
