New Issue: Bank of America fixes Cusip for $59.6 million buffered leveraged notes on S&P 500

Chicago, Oct. 29 – Bank of America Corp. corrected the Cusip number for its $59,595,000 of 0% buffered leveraged notes due Oct. 28, 2019 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The correct Cusip number is 06053M625. The Cusip was listed as 06048WPX2 at pricing on Oct. 27.
The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 135% of any index gain.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 25% and will lose 1.3333% for each 1% decline beyond 25%.
