New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $2.2 million airbag performance notes on S&P 500

Chicago, Sept. 30 – Morgan Stanley priced $2.2 million of 0% airbag performance securities due Sept. 28, 2018 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 112% of any index gain.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 25% and will lose 1.3333% for every 1% decline beyond 25%.
Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC is the agent with UBS Financial Services Inc. as dealer.
