New Issue: Credit Suisse prices $1.85 million accelerated return notes linked to S&P 500

Tacoma, Wash., Sept. 29 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $1.85 million of 0% accelerated return notes due Sept. 28, 2018 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 126% of the index return.

If the index return is negative but the final level is greater than or equal to the knock-in level, the payout will be par. The knock-in level is 75% of the initial level.

If the final index level is less than the knock-in level, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the final index level is less than the initial index level.
