Morgan Stanley plans 10-year buffered PLUS linked to S&P 500

Madison, Wis., Sept. 4 – Morgan Stanley plans to price 0% buffered Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Sept. 30, 2024 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 150% of any index gain.

Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 50% and will lose 2% for every 1% decline beyond 50%.

Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC is the agent.

The notes will price on Sept. 25 and settle on Sept. 30.

The Cusip number is 61761JSW0.
