New Issue: JPMorgan prices $6.48 million trigger performance securities on S&P 500

New York, Aug. 27 – JPMorgan Chase & Co. priced $6,475,000 of 0% trigger performance securities due Aug. 29, 2019 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 93.39% of the index return. Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 40% and will be fully exposed to losses from the initial level if it falls by more than 40%.
UBS Financial Services Inc. and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC are the agents.
