JPMorgan plans five-year buffered notes with no cap linked to S&P 500

Chicago, Aug. 26 – JPMorgan Chase & Co. plans to price 0% buffered equity notes due Sept. 27, 2019 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange.

The payout at maturity will be par plus any gain in the index.

Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 15% and will be lose 1% for each 1% beyond 15%.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.

The notes will price on Sept. 24 and settle on Sept. 29.

The Cusip number is 48127DXX1.
