Credit Suisse to price leveraged notes linked to S&P 500 index

New York, Aug. 6 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch plans to price 0% leveraged notes linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are expected to mature 23 to 27 months after pricing.

The payout at maturity will be par plus two times any index gain, up to a maximum settlement amount of $1,220 to $1,260 for each $1,000 principal amount.

Investors will share in any losses.

The notes (Cusip: 22547QRV0) will price on Aug. 7.
