New Issue: Barclays prices $7.1 million partial principal at risk notes linked to S&P 500

Madison, Wis., June 24 – Barclays Bank plc priced $7.1 million of 0% equity-linked partial principal at risk securities due June 25, 2020 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus the index return, subject to a minimum payout of $9 per note if the return is negative and a maximum payout of $20 per note if the return is positive.
Barclays is the agent. Morgan Stanley Smith Barney LLC is handling distribution.
