New Issue: Barclays prices $1.02 million buffered Super Track notes on S&P 500

New York, May 30 - Barclays Bank plc priced $1,016,000 of 0% buffered Super Track notes due May 30, 2019 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus any index gain.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 20% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond 20%.
Barclays is the agent.
