JPMorgan plans six-month PLUS with 5.25% cap linked to S&P 500

Chicago, May 28 - JPMorgan Chase & Co. plans to price 0% Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Dec. 4, 2014 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus double any index gain, up to a maximum payment of at least 105.25% of par. The exact cap will be set at pricing.

Investors will be exposed to any losses.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.

The notes will price on May 30.

The Cusip number is 48127F277.
