New Issue: Credit Suisse prices $710,000 absolute return barrier notes on S&P 500, Russell

Madison, Wis., May 2 - Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $710,000 of 0% absolute return barrier securities due May 3, 2019 linked to the S&P 500 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the worst-performing index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 110% of the return of the worst-performing index.
If the final level of the worst-performing index is below the initial level but closes above the 52% knock-in level, the payout will be par plus the absolute value of the return of the worst-performing index.
If the worst-performing index falls to or below the knock-in level, investors will be fully exposed to losses of the worst-performing index.
