New Issue: JPMorgan prices $1.68 million capped enhanced participation notes linked to S&P 500

San Luis Obispo, Calif., Jan. 22 - JPMorgan Chase & Co. priced $1.68 million of 0% capped enhanced participation equity notes due July 22, 2015 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the final index level is greater than the initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 150% of the index return, subject to a maximum settlement amount of $1,178.50 per $1,000 principal amount of notes.
Investors will share fully in any losses.
