New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $2.5 million principal-protected notes linked to S&P 500

Tacoma, Wash., Aug. 8 - Morgan Stanley priced $2.5 million of 0% market-linked notes due Aug. 9, 2023 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 135.5% of the index return, subject to a minimum payout of par.
Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC is the agent, and UBS Financial Services Inc. is dealer.
