Madison, Wis., July 9 - Morgan Stanley priced $3 million of 0% Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due July 11, 2016 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par of $10.00 plus double any index gain, up to a maximum payout of $15.10 per note.
Investors will be exposed to any losses.
