Credit Suisse plans to price four-year Bares linked to S&P 500

Madison, Wis., June 28 - Credit Suisse AG, Nassau Branch plans to price 0% Buffered Accelerated Return Equity Securities due July 31, 2017 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index finishes at or above the initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the fixed payment, which is expected to be 30% and will be set at pricing.

Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 15% and will be exposed to any losses beyond 15%.

Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC is the underwriter.

The notes will price on July 29 and settle on July 31.

The Cusip number is 22547Q5M4.
