New Issue: Citigroup prices $7.16 million enhanced trigger jump securities linked to S&P 500

San Luis Obispo, Calif., June 4 - Citigroup Inc. priced $7.16 million of 0% enhanced trigger jump securities due June 1, 2018 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the final index level is greater than or equal to the trigger level, 65% of the initial level, the payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus the greater of the 11.65% fixed return amount and the index return.
If the final index level is less than the trigger level, investors will be fully exposed to the index's decline from the initial level.
