Chicago, April 26 - Barclays Bank plc priced $1.98 million of 0% notes due April 30, 2020 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus any gain in the index, up to a maximum return of 57%.
If the index falls, the payout will be par.
