New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $4.74 million buffered PLUS linked to funds, indexes

Chicago, March 4 - Morgan Stanley priced $4.74 million of 0% buffered Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Sept. 4, 2015 linked to a basket of indexes and a fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The basket consists of the S&P 500 index with a 50% weight, the Euro Stoxx 50 index with a 30% weight and the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets index fund with a 20% weight.
The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 1.5 times any basket gain, up to a maximum payment of $13.225 per note.
Investors will receive par if the basket falls by up to 10% and will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond 10%.
