Madison, Wis., Feb. 1 - Morgan Stanley priced $8.6 million of 0% enhanced trigger jump securities due Jan. 30, 2018 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the final index level is greater than the downside threshold value, the payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus the greater of 21.5% and the index return. The downside threshold value is 65% of the initial index level.
If the final index level is less than or equal to the downside threshold value, investors will be fully exposed to the index's decline from the initial level.
