Morgan Stanley plans trigger PLUS with no cap linked to S&P 500

Chicago, Dec. 4 - Morgan Stanley plans to price 0% trigger Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Dec. 28, 2020 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times any index gain.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 40% and will be fully exposed to any losses if the index falls to or below the 60% trigger level.
Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC is the agent.
The notes will price on Dec. 20 and settle in Dec. 26.
The Cusip number is 61761JNA3.
