Barclays to price leveraged buffered notes linked to S&P 500 index

New York, Nov. 27 - Barclays Bank plc plans to price 0% leveraged buffered index-linked notes tied to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will mature between 24 and 27 months after pricing.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times any index gain, up to a maximum settlement amount of $1,135 to $1,165 for each $1,000 face amount.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 10% and will lose 1.1111% for every 1% decline beyond 10%.
The Cusip is 06741TZ67.
Barclays is the underwriter.
