New Issue: JPMorgan prices $8.42 million one-year PLUS linked to S&P 500

Madison, Wis., Nov. 4 - JPMorgan Chase & Co. priced $8.42 million of 0% Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Dec. 4, 2014 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 300% of any index gain, up to a maximum return of 11.25%.
Investors will be exposed to any losses.
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent with Morgan Stanley Smith Barney LLC as the dealer.
