By Angela McDaniels

Tacoma, Wash., Oct. 3 - Credit Suisse AG plans to price 5% callable yield notes due Oct. 15, 2018 linked to the S&P 500 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Interest will be payable monthly.

The payout at maturity will be par unless either index's closing level falls to or below its knock-in level, 55% of its initial level, during the life of the notes, in which case investors will receive par plus the return of the worst-performing index, capped at a maximum payout of par.

The notes will be callable at par on any interest payment date.

Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC is the underwriter.

The notes are expected to price Oct. 10 and settle Oct. 15.

The Cusip number is 22547QC20.
