New Issue: Bank of America prices $1.5 million autocallable range accrual notes on Libor, S&P 500

Chicago, July 12 - Bank of America Corp. priced $1.5 million of autocallable range accrual notes due July 13, 2027 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Interest will accrue at an annualized rate for each day that six-month Libor is 6% or less and the index closes at or above strike level, which is 80% of the initial level. The rate will be 7% for the five years, stepping up to 8% for years six through 10 and to 10% after that until maturity. Interest is payable quarterly.

The payout at maturity will be par.

The notes will be called at par if the index closes above the call level - 130% of the initial level - on any quarterly observation date after one year.
