New Issue: Citigroup prices $4 million trigger performance notes linked to S&P 500

Chicago, April 26 - Citigroup Funding Inc. priced $4 million of 0% trigger performance securities due April 30, 2015 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 1.21 times any index gain.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 40% and will be fully exposed to any losses if the index falls by more than 40%.
Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and UBS Financial Services Inc. are the agents.
