Credit Suisse plans 5.5%-7.5% callable yield notes on S&P 500, Russell

Madison, Wis., April 3 - Credit Suisse AG, Nassau Branch plans to price 5.5% to 7.5% callable yield notes due July 29, 2013 linked to the S&P 500 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Interest is payable quarterly.
The notes are callable at par on any interest payment date.
The payout at maturity will be par unless the final level of either index is less than or equal to the 70% knock-in level, in which case investors will receive par plus the return of the worse performing component, with full exposure to losses.
Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC will be the agent.
The notes will price on April 20 and settle on April 27.
The Cusip number is 22546TQS3.
