New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $1.13 million market-linked notes on S&P 500

Chicago, March 29 - Morgan Stanley priced $1.13 million of 0% market-linked notes due March 29, 2018 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus any index gain, up to a maximum return of $1,600 for each $1,000 principal amount.
Investors will receive at least $1,120 per $1,000 of notes.
