New Issue: JPMorgan prices $15 million notes linked to S&P 500, Russell, MSCI EAFE

Tacoma, Wash., March 22 - JPMorgan Chase & Co. priced $15 million of 0% notes due March 27, 2020 linked to a basket of indexes, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The basket includes the S&P 500 index with a 55% weight, the MSCI EAFE index with a 30% weight and the Russell 2000 index with a 15% weight.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 102.6% of the basket return, subject to a minimum payout of par.
