Credit Suisse plans to price cert plus notes linked to S&P 500 index

Chicago, Nov. 26 - Credit Suisse AG, Nassau Branch plans to price 0% Cert Plus securities due Nov. 30, 2017 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index finishes above the initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 147% and 157% of the return. The exact deal terms will be set at pricing.
If the index falls but finishes above the 65% knock-in level, the payout will be par.
If the index falls at or below the knock-in level, investors will be fully exposed to losses.
Credit Suisse is the underwriter.
The notes will price on Nov. 27 and settle on Nov. 30.
The Cusip number is 22546TL33.
