Morgan Stanley plans seven-year market-linked notes linked to S&P 500

Chicago, Nov. 5 - Morgan Stanley plans to price 0% market-linked notes due Nov. 29, 2019 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout will be par plus any index gain, up to a maximum payout of $1,700 per $1,000 principal amount.

If the index falls, the payout will be par.

Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC will be the agent.

The notes will price on Nov. 27 and settle on Nov. 30.

The Cusip number is 6174823M4.
