New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $5.42 million contingent coupon range accrual notes on S&P 500

Chicago, Sept. 29 - Morgan Stanley priced $5.42 million of contingent coupon range accrual notes due Sept. 29, 2023 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The coupon is 7% for the first year. Beginning Sept. 30, 2012, it will be 7% for each day that the index closes at or above 875. Interest is payable monthly.

The payout at maturity will be par.
