San Diego, Sept. 28 - Morgan Stanley priced $2.51 million of 0% equity-linked notes due Sept. 29, 2017 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus the index return, subject to a minimum payment of $1,120 and a maximum payment of $1,600 per $1,000 principal amount.
