Chicago, June 28 - Morgan Stanley priced $4.62 million of 0% buffered Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due June 30, 2014 linked to one index and two exchange-traded funds, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The basket consists of the S&P 500 index with a 50% weight, the iShares MSCI EAFE index fund with a 30% weight and the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets index fund with a 20% weight.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.28 times any basket gain.
Investors will receive par if the basket falls by up to 10% and will lose 1.1111% for each 1% drop beyond 10%.
