Chicago, April 28 - Barclays Bank plc priced $3.2 million of fixed-rate callable range accrual notes due April 29, 2026 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The coupon will accrue at 7% for each day that the index closes above 1,050, payable quarterly.
The payout at maturity will be par.
The notes will be callable at par on any interest payment date beginning on April 29, 2012.
