Madison, Wis., Feb. 1 - Morgan Stanley priced $9.24 million of 0% buffered Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Feb. 2, 2016 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 158% of any increase in the index. Investors will receive par if the index declines by 20% or less and will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond 20%.
