Morgan Stanley plans contingent coupon range accrual notes on S&P 500

Chicago, Dec. 20 - Morgan Stanley plans to price contingent coupon range accrual notes due Dec. 28, 2018 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to an FWP with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The coupon will accrue at 7.5% for each day that the index closes at or above 850. Interest is payable monthly.

The payout at maturity will be par.

Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC is the agent.

The notes will price on Dec. 23 and settle on Dec. 29.

The Cusip is 617482E83.
