Morgan Stanley plans to price equity-linked notes tied to S&P 500

San Diego, Nov. 29 - Morgan Stanley plans to price 0% equity-linked notes due Dec. 28, 2016 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus the index return, subject to a minimum payment of $1,080 per $1,000 principal amount. The exact minimum payment will be set at pricing.

The notes (Cusip: 617482E59) will price Dec. 22 and settle Dec. 28.

Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC will act as the agent.
