New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $3.65 million contingent coupon range accrual notes on S&P 500

New York, Nov. 15 - Morgan Stanley priced $3.65 million of contingent coupon range accrual notes due Nov. 16, 2017 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The coupon is 6.5% for each day that the index closes at or above 925. Interest is payable quarterly.

The payout at maturity will be par.

Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC is the agent.
