New Issue: Bank of America sells $1 million six-year Mitts tied to index basket

Chicago, Jan. 31 - Bank of America Corp. priced $1 million of 0% Market Index Target-Term Securities due Jan. 31, 2017 based on a basket of three equally weighted indexes, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The underlying indexes are the S&P 500, the Euro Stoxx 50 and the Nikkei 225.

The payout at maturity will be par of $10.00 plus any gain in the basket.

If the basket falls, the payout will be par.

Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Inc. is the underwriter.
