New Issue: Wells Fargo prices $5.47 million enhanced growth notes linked to S&P 500 for Svensk

Tacoma, Wash., Jan. 28 - AB Svensk Exportkredit priced $5.47 million of 0% enhanced growth securities with leveraged upside and contingent downside protection due Feb. 5, 2016 linked to the S&P 500 index via Wells Fargo Securities, LLC, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 115% of any index gain. Investors will receive par if the index falls by less than 30%. If the index finishes at or below 70% of the initial level, the payout will be par plus the index return.
