Wells Fargo to price enhanced growth notes tied to S&P 500 for Svensk

Madison, Wis., Aug. 20 - AB Svensk Exportkredit plans to price 0% enhanced growth securities with capped upside due Sept. 7, 2012 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Wells Fargo Securities, LLC is the agent.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times any index gain, up to a maximum payout of $1,300 to $1,400 per $1,000 principal amount. The exact cap will be set at pricing.

Investors will be fully exposed to any index decline.

The notes will price in August and settle in September.
