New Issue: Wells Fargo prices $6.23 million market-linked notes tied to S&P 500

Tacoma, Wash., Dec. 2 - Wells Fargo & Co. priced $6.23 million of 0% market-linked notes due Dec. 7, 2016 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the final index level is greater than the initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 108% of the gain. Otherwise, investors will receive par.

The final index level will be the average of the index's closing levels on the last day of May and November of each year from May 2011 through November 2016.
