Credit Suisse plans callable Cert PLUS notes linked to S&P 500 index

Madison, Wis., Oct. 29 - Credit Suisse AG, Nassau Branch plans to price 0% callable Cert PLUS securities due Nov. 29, 2012 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The securities are callable on Nov. 29, 2011 at par plus 9.75%.

If the securities are not called and the index finishes above the initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 150% of the return.

If the final index level is above 70% of the initial level, the payout will be par.

If the index falls to or below 70% of the initial level, the payout will be par plus the return.

The securities (Cusip: 22546EF74) are expected to price on Nov. 22 and settle on Nov. 29.
