New Issue: JPMorgan prices $22.28 million review notes on Russell 2000, S&P 500

New York, April 24 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $22.28 million of 0% review notes due April 23, 2029 linked to the Russell 2000 index and S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be called automatically starting Oct. 20, 2025 and on any subsequent quarterly review date at a premium of 8.05% per year if the worst performing index closes above 80% of its initial value on the successive determination dates.

If the notes are not called, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing index declines if it finishes below the downside threshold level.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
