New Issue: TD Bank prices $32.08 million digital notes linked to S&P 500

Columbus, Ohio, April 18 – Toronto-Dominion Bank priced $32.08 million of 0% digital notes due April 15, 2026 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the final index level is greater than or equal to the barrier value, 85% of the initial index level, the payout will be par plus 18.39%.
If the final index level is less than the barrier value, investors will lose 1.1765% for every 1% that the index declines beyond 15%.
